Welcome to MaxDeals.pk. By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General These terms apply to all visitors and customers of maxdeals.pk. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and prices as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices may change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is final.

4. Order Confirmation An order is only confirmed after our team contacts you via phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.

5. Payment We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed securely.

6. Delivery Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Returns & Refunds All returns and refunds are handled as per our Return and Refund Policy. Please review it before placing an order.

8. Warranty Products sold on MaxDeals.pk come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty unless stated otherwise. Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

9. Limitation of Liability MaxDeals.pk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

10. Privacy Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
