Exchanges

For a faster process, return the unwanted item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer).
