Ordering & Payment
Is Cash on Delivery available across Pakistan?
Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders across Pakistan — including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, and all other cities. You do not need to pay online. Simply place your order and pay the delivery rider when your product arrives at your door.
Can I place an order via WhatsApp?
Yes — you can order directly on WhatsApp at +92 326 822 3077. Share the product name or link, your delivery address, and preferred size if applicable. Our team will confirm your order and arrange delivery.
Are all products on MaxDeals.pk 100% original?
Yes. Every product sold on MaxDeals.pk is 100% original — no grey imports, no refurbished items, and no replicas. We source directly from authorised suppliers and each product comes with a manufacturer warranty.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide. Online payment via bank transfer and card is also available at checkout. COD remains the most popular and convenient option for most Pakistani customers.

Do you offer same-day delivery in Karachi?
Yes. Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day via Leopard Courier and typically arrive within the same day anywhere in Karachi — including DHA, Clifton, Gulshan, North Nazimabad, Gulistan-e-Johar, PECHS, and Korangi. Free same-day delivery applies to all Karachi orders.
How long does delivery take in Lahore and other cities?
Delivery to Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, and all other cities across Pakistan typically takes 2–4 working days via Leopard Courier. You will receive a tracking number via SMS once your order is dispatched.
Is delivery free on all orders?
Free same-day delivery is available on all Karachi orders. Delivery charges for other cities may apply depending on the product size and weight. The exact delivery fee — if any — is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Can I track my order after it is dispatched?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Leopard Courier tracking number via SMS. You can track your order in real time at leopardscourier.com using your tracking number.
Products & Warranty
What warranty is provided on kitchen appliances?
All kitchen appliances at MaxDeals.pk come with a minimum 6-month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and mechanical faults. Which size range hood should I buy for my kitchen?
Choose a range hood that matches or slightly exceeds your hob width. For a 3-burner hob, a 60cm hood is sufficient. For 4-burner hobs common in Pakistani family kitchens, choose 75cm or 90cm for full smoke coverage. If you are unsure, WhatsApp us your hob size and we will recommend the correct option before you order.
Can I return a product if it is damaged or not as described?
Yes. If your product arrives damaged or does not match the description, contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp at +92 326 822 3077. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy. Please photograph the damage before contacting us.
Do you deliver kitchen appliances in Karachi and Lahore on the same day?
